Cantina Rock Band!
Blue Milk Special in other languages…
The antics during Admiral Daala’s Death Star visit continue. You can’t blame Tarkin for giving Cantina Rock Band a go. Pity it only has two playable tracks in the game, both of Figrin D’an’s Cantina hits… although it does come packaged with the promise of downloadable content in the form of the now obscure “Lapti Nek” and its best forgotten replacement, “Jedi Rock”. The Imperials get uber-competitive during tournament weekend, but the question is whether our readers would actually want to see that taking place. Make your voice heard, join our Facebook page or follow us on Twitter. Oh, by the way, thanks for checking out BMS!

Hum… That could be a great idea for LucasArts! 😉
Bringing the Death Star into the 21st century, nice.
Although the thought of Tarkin swearing is some how funnier.
HAHAHAHAHA Classic!!!!
Tarkin coming unglued over something like this is too funny…..but I still have to finish laughing at Cantina Rock Band.
Are there actual names for the cantina instruments? I’ve always wondered about that.
I don’t know all of them, but the one that looks like a clarinet is called a kloo, and the one that kind of looks like a keyboard-guitar is called a xantha. I am sure there are names for the other instruments as well.
Best.Comic.Ever!
You can kinda play Cantina Rock Band on Star Wars Galaxies, btw…
And here I was thinking I was a genius. Looks like (as with everything) I’m not the first to think of it. http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_1aDuxC5haXc/SSHipuFpBoI/AAAAAAAAAJc/CniFtltIzdE/s1600-h/cantina.jpg
Even if “Lapti Nek” is not a song by Figrin (it’s by the Max Rebo Band, seen in Jabba’s Palace), this is really funny!!
Do you think perhaps the famous Ewok hit “Yub Nub” would be included eventually?
Not that I’d be looking for it. I’m just saying.
the only thing funnier than the thought of Tarkin playing it. . . is the thought of Vader playing it!
I suggest a new strategy, Moff Tarkin. Let the Sith Lord win.
Vader rocking out on lead guitar, Grievous using lightsaber drumsticks on (definately reinforced) drums, Dooku on Bass and…hrmm. Yeah. Yoda on vocals. He’s trying to balance it all up. Yeah, that’s it. >.>
