Death Mark on Ord Mantell!

In The Empire Strikes Back, Han Solo fleetingly mentions having bumped into a bounty hunter on a planet named Ord Mantell. This encounter caused him to make his mind up to pay off his debts to Jabba at last and stop hanging around the rebels. Of course, we all know the reason why he was hanging around the rebels. ;= Two words… Hair Buns.

Ice Cream Han’wich anyone? Thanks T. Gatto for another unexpected piece of BMS paper crafting!

T. Gatto brings us the Milk Carton Webcomic, debuting here today! It is a parody of BMS, which in itself is a parody of Star Wars. So what follows is a parody of a parody. There are many, many more and so these will become an ongoing fixture of the BMS blogs from now on.

BMS reader and honorary BMSketeer, T. Gatto – papersmith of Blue Milk Special milk cartons brings you Officer Grammel (from our Splinter of the Mind’s Eye parody). Unlike previous milk cartons, Grammel’s obesity warranted two Milk Cartons, and his death can now be represented by splitting him down the middle. Also see the milk carton depiction of our adorably retarded Yuzzem who helped Luke and Leia on and off throughout the SOTME parody. Finally, one of the Coway tribe, natives of the planet Mimban who we depicted as invisible due to time saving measures. ;=) See below for the latest additions.

He wasn’t old in the Han Solo days, relax. He still looks good, but yeah I’ve always had a crush on Han/Indy era Harrison Ford. I’m with the rest of the ladies, it’s about time. :p

god~i don’t check BMS out as often as i should! and i never comment because i think i would sound too repetitive–rod’s hilarious and quirky sense of humor mines nooks of star wars we never even knew existed, leanne’s stunning and exquisitely clean artwork creates a world that you can’t help but fall into. but marked for death made me laugh out loud and i think the milk carton theater is just too cool! thanks!
