Thank you captain obvious.
Yah he’s hunted for decades and one little harrasment and he whips out the big “Jedi here” sign
My concern is the blood. This is the ONLY time we see blood. The rest, stubs are instantly cauterized. Clearly an early oversight.
Didn’t they digitally add a splash of blood to the new ESB when Luke’s left… er… empty handed?
Given the number of continuity errors Lucas flat out flubbed a little bit of blood can be handwaved, at least in my head.
Seriously Ben, that just seems a tad stupid, after hiding in a cave for 20 years. Just a bit.
It may be just because he has been in a cave for 20 years. He’s forgot all about human (+other intelligent species) interactions. In other words> he has gone doolally.
It’s actually not Richard Cheese. It’s his keyboardist’s old band, whose name escapes me.
The thing that gets me is that’s not even Ponda Baba’s arm in the close-up on the floor — it’s the wolfman dude. Ponda had flippers, not furry claws. Nice one again, George. Ben lopped off the wrong guy’s arm.
Meh, maybe this species has much higher blood pressure, making their wounds more difficult to cauterize.
*high five* for thinking outside the nerd box. 🙂
If he cuts one limb off in a simple bar brawl it kind of make sense he’s chop off all of Anakin’s limbs off for being a traitor. Maybe that ending wasn’t all that out of character….
What’s everyone complaining about? It’s basic tactics: when being attacked, one of the quickest ways to end a fight is to disarm your opponent. Once the arm hit the floor, the fight came to an immediate end, didn’t it?
